  1. As usual, looks like a lot of good stuff! The 8 ways to find the Career Spark really interested me, since I’m in a rut right now. I’m not currently working in the industry that I trained for, but even when I was, I felt miserable. I think a large part of that had to do with the downturn of the economy, but there are parts of me that think I still would have hated it regardless of the state of the economy. Time for some soul-searching!

    Thanks for sharing the links!

    1. I was laid off in the downturn and was devastated at the time, but now think it was really lucky because it made me move to something I like better! 🙂

  2. The cycling article pisses me off. I know there are some really good cyclists out there but really hate the ones that blast thru intersections and red lights. I witnessed a cyclists blow thru a full on red (on bike to work day no less) and nearly get hit by two cars going on their green. Dangerous not only for themselves, but for the drivers and the people surrounding them.

Love the 26 stages of running 🙂 totally made my day.

  3. Lose the News, Internet, TV, Etc. – Don’t watch the news or surf the internet before leaving in the morning. That one web search will turn into 30 minutes of untimely surfing.
Oh, that one is a big downfall for me. I’m working on it, and getting better, but still! Hard!
