  1. Thanks for sharing! I love the Healthiest Orders at Every Major Fast Food Chain! It’s hard to always eat at home, especially on the go. When I was pregnant and had diabetes, I liked to chose Chick Fil A, because of their grilled chicken nuggets, a lot healthier than the fried ones and they taste much better! Subway is always my favorite though for trying to stay healthy.

    1. Subway definitely makes it easy to stay healthy – I feel like they have a LOT of healthy options. However, I think my favorite healthy meals are one-offs at Chipotle, Which Wich, Panera, and Fuzzy Taco. Most of their stuff isn’t healthy, but they all have a few gems that I love!

  2. Subway is TOTALLY the best!! I know that you know that I lost my 50 pounds w/ the subway diet. That said, chick-fil-A is super easy to do it as well. The grilled chix w/ fruit (EVIL FRUIT!!) and a water is only like 500 cals. Not too shabby!

    1. I think the problem is making it filling. I have always told myself that I could easily lose weight by subbing protein bars or Lean Cuisines for a few meals here and there, but I just don’t find those satisfying.

To your point, though, I think you could make a diet out of just about any fast food/fast casual restaurant as long as you were careful in your ordering.
