  1. Let me tell you about how making an email 5 massive paragraphs (no matter how important the content) makes me glaze over and just read the first/last sentences.

    That said, you bet your ass I’m using “Reply All” at almost every chance I get. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!
